Out of 90+ or so available perks, 50+ can be made dynamic. Want to change Skill level requirement to make it easier or harder? No problem, do that. I’m sure the creator will fix with the current version as soon as they realize it’s broken. ago I believe there have been 2 updates since this so it may just be broken. If you have a lot of expansion packs, gamepacks, etc., this will take a while.
